District Water and Sanitation Mission Cell, Swachh Bharat Mission (Rural) under G.P. Bhandara, Jal Jeevan Mission as well as Water Quality Program are jointly implemented by the Central Government, under the above scheme construction of individual toilets from Panchayat Samiti level to Gram Panchayat and village level, construction of public toilets. , sewage and solid waste management works, publicizing various Nal Jal Mitra and other campaigns under Jal Jeevan Mission, organizing water quality sanitation and survey program at Gram Panchayat level and Directed by government level etc. Important campaigns, programs are planned and implemented.

Introduction

According to the Maharashtra Zilla Parishad and Panchayat Samiti Act, 1961, the following works of class-3 and class-4 are handled under District Water and Sanitation Mission Cell Division under G.P. Bhandara.

Implementation of various ancillary works including individual toilets, public toilets and sewage solid waste management under Swachh Bharat Mission (SMB) from district level to Gram Panchayats under Panchayat Samiti.

Presenting information about various campaigns and programs of the government through the Water Management and Sanitation Committee under Zilla Parishad.
